Policies
 All parties must be reserved and
confirmed with a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the party.
Due to the nature of our business,
deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We require 50% down to reserve the
date. Deposit must be return with a signed contract.
The Hershey Tea Party Company holds the right to cancel due to inclement weather or
sickness. In that case, we will
offer you an alternative date (based on availability) or we will refund your
deposit.
Under
no circumstances, can the contracted number of children be exceeded without
prior arrangements. Parties increased at the last moment without prior
arrangement will be turned away (Sorry, no exceptions!)
The price is for a fully
catered, hosted party with up to 8 children (that does include
the birthday girl) If less than 8 guest arrive that day.
You
will charge for the amount of invitations sent, not the amount of guest that
arrive to the party.
Since our parties are based on
schedule, ONLY the children that are
in the contract will be allowed to participate in all activities for the day
including the dress up and make up session.
It is your responsibility to provide a menu and guidance to all siblings
that may stay at the party.
Children arriving late will have to
integrate to the party at whichever stage the party is in.
If the dress up and makeup session is over, then someone other than the
party hostess, will have to assist
her with that aspect if she decides to dress up.
 There is an additional
charge for areas that are 20 miles radius of the Hershey PA. area. There will be an additional charge of
$30 for areas that are located at more than 35 miles. (Mileage will be
determine with the help of Mapquest, from door to door addresses)
We reserve the right to determine if we can or cant not travel to
specific areas.
All balances MUST be paid in cash upon completion of the parties. Please make sure that you have the balance ready when we
finish the party.
Since accidents do happens…we do
not accept any other type of food or beverage to be serve while the girls have
their costumes on. If you are
serving anything to eat for the moms and siblings that stay, make sure that the
children don’t have access to it while in their costumes.
We are not responsible for the
behavior of the children. Our party provider is in charge of leading and hosting
your party and have the children engaged in a constant activity.
She will, however promote good behavior but it is ultimately your
responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving properly.
The Hershey Tea
Party Company and all employees
assume no liability and/or responsibility for any damages done by someone that
is not from our company.
Please take care of our beautiful things! If any of our items are
damaged or broken during your party, due to neglect, you will be charged
for the replacement of that item.

Party Company will not assume
liability for any accidents.

Party Company is a registered
business name in the state of Pennsylvania.
No one will use its name, material or information posted in our Website
without written consent.
At this moment, we accept checks,
cash and money orders. There is a
$25 fee for any check that is returned to us for NSF.
